It is far more healthier to get your antioxidants and vitamins from a variety of sources, as each vegetable and fruit has different types and different parts of vitamins and antioxidants.

Eating foods like goji berries that are extremely high in vitamins compared to most other fruits and vegetables is always a good idea to supplement your existing diet, but if you eat right on a continual basis, these super foods will work all the better to bring your body into balance. If you really want to get better, no matter what your illness, you need to start paying very close attention to what you put into your body.
